Application:
HD-E50 is designed for anticorrosive coating. pH value has to be carefully observed in coating production since precipitation may occur if acidic pigments like carbon black are used in the system. pH value of the coating system can always be adjusted N,N-dimthylethanolamine. Viscosity of the dispersion will increase as the pH value increases.
HD-E50 is usually used with amino resin in order to improve its performance. The suggested ratio  of amino resin to HD-E50 can be from 10:90 to 25:75(solid:solid). Baking temperature is from 100-160°C. The addition of acid catalyst such as Catalyst D made by my company can accelerate cross-linking reaction.HD-E50 can also be oxidatively dried by using suitable driers Solvent-based driers can also be used if the driers are diluted with butanol or ethanol.
HD-E50 is high shear stable. It can be grinded in the coating production.

Compatibility
HD-E50 is compatible with acrylic, acrylic-styrene emulsion. The final properties of the resin mixture are highly dependent on the new resin added. For other waterborne resins, compatibility test has to be made before use.

Dilutability
HD-E50 can be diluted with deionized water, alcohol, or glycol ether.

Storage:
Suggested storage temperature is 0-40°C. Best be used within one year after it is produced.
